Use the Free ID Theft Risk Score

Years of experience working for one of the biggest US insurance companies made me aware of just how valuable the Americans’ social security and other private information are. They find it extremely uncomfortable to give out their credit card information, social security numbers, or anything else that might put them in risk of having their identity stolen. This is perfectly understandable, and it’s only natural that they do everything they can to protect their identity.

This information is taken from a press release titled, “MyIDscore.com Offers Free ID Theft Risk Score”. To find the entire release, click here.

The new service, www.myidscore.com, is a free offering by ID Analytics, a company that sells anti-fraud software to banks and other creditors. After providing some personal information and answering a handful of questions, visitors to the site are presented with a score from 1 to 999. Unlike credit scores, where a higher score signifies a favorable credit history, with myidscore.com, a higher score means a greater risk of identity theft.
