Here are some quick weight loss tips I would like to share with you. Please note that these may or may not work for you, and what I will share are only those that I have tried myself and those that have worked for me.
1. Do not starve yourself. Starving yourself will not help you lose weight. In fact, starvation will only store more fats from your body since the body will go on “hibernation mode” and will consume less calories or burn less energy.
2. Drink lots of water. Water will give you the feeling of being full, thus lessening your food intake. Drink a glass before and after each meal.
3. Eat less starchy carbohydrates such as rice and white bread. Eat more fiber such as oats, wheat bread and bananas. These aid in your body’s digestion.
4. Do not eat an hour before going to bed. This is actually like the “After 6″ Diet, but what makes it work is that you should allow your body at least an hour or two to properly digest what you have eaten.
5. EXERCISE. This is really important. You burn fats, and you make your body healthier by sweating out the toxins and the unwanted fats.

thanks for the info sis! i hope i could really do some exercise since that’s one of the things that I find it hard to do in losing my weight because I am too lazy in doing it.
I always practice the concept of losing the weight slowly. I have done crash plans in the past and Always end up gaining it back.
