online shopping

since i have been doing online shopping since 2007, i decided to post about the pros and cons, as well share about the reputable sellers that i have bought from already.

i basically shop for baby stuff, not much for myself except for cosmetics or bags. other than that, for clothes and shoes, i prefer to shop for it personally since it has to be a comfortable fit. the baby stuff i buy are mostly bottles, toys, bags and feeding items. again, not much on clothes and shoes since these would have to be fitted for me to know if they’re right for the baby or not.

some of the advantages, or pros, that i can think of would have to be convenience and affordability. the online shops that i have bought from are usually 10-30% cheaper from mall prices, and some even offer products which are not available locally and yet, are still cheaper too. and i love the feeling of getting a package, just like a child looks forward to opening christmas presents. haha! and i just love the convenience of not having to walk around the mall and scour for the right item. for pregnant women like me, it’s so nice to just click and order instead of travelling to the mall and walking around, most especially when it’s already uncomfortable to walk around due to the heavy weight of the tummy.

i don’t really have too many cons when it comes to online shopping, although one would be that, not everything can be bought online like clothes and shoes since as i have stated earlier, these are the things that i would prefer to fit first before purchasing to make sure that it suits me and that it’s a good, comfy fit. some would probably say that one of the cons would be getting scammed. not for me. online shopping is something that just needs a bit more of caution to make sure that we deal with legit sellers. i just make sure that the sellers i buy from already established a good reputation, or if am dealing with a new online seller with no feedback at all, i make sure to ask to meet up halfway just to be sure that i won’t be scammed.

so..where do i shop for my babies’ stuff? i highly recommend 2 sellers from multiply that i have already bought items from: Chubby Cheeks Baby and Baby Uno. I have bought from them a few times and both sites offer hassle-free transactions and very accommodating sellers. as for my own stuff, i don’t usually buy online, however, i do buy from ebay.ph and just choose sellers with good reputation or feedbacks.
