My thoughts on losing weight

I should probably buy myself one of those weighing scales sometime soon. Just so I can track my progress and see how much weight I am losing each week. I know that I shouldn’t be stepping on a scale every day to check on weight loss or weight gain, but it would be nice to know how I am doing each week, and see if I am actually near my target. Losing weight can get quite addicting, although it has been a difficult start. But once you can feel getting lighter and the tummy getting smaller, it’s hard to stop. Haha.
