How to add your own signature

Mhai posted a comment on how to post her own signature at the end of each blog post, like what I did with mine. I told her I’ll just make a post of how to do it so that I can share it with the others who might be interested as well. I am no tech junkie, and I have really basic html or css knowledge, so please do bear with me. I will share what I have learned from the experts online.

So here goes:
First, create your own signature. You can do this in Photoshop, Paint, GIMP or you can also try My Live Signature which is a signature generator if you aren’t really comfy working with any of the above programs.
After creating and saving your signature as an image, upload it to an image hosting site such as Photobucket.
Once you have uploaded the image, copy the image URL. You will then have to log in to your Blogger account, click on the Layout Tab, and then click on the Edit HTML tab right underneath. Please make sure you click on the Expand Widget Templates option. Then in the box where the CSS code is, look for . To make it easier, just press CTRL and F together so that you can just type in the Find box and you will be able to locate it instantly.

Paste this code under the tag:

<p><div align=’left’><img src=’Your Image URL Here’/></div></p>

Please make sure to change ‘YOUR IMAGE URL HERE’ to the image URL of your signature.
There you go. Click on Save and you’re done. Hope this helps. If you encounter any issues, just let me know.
