One thing I always try to keep up with is my family’s health during summer. I’d hate it if any one of us gets sick and not enjoy this 2-3 month break from everyone’s busy schedule. Yes, even though our little one has not gone to school yet, it seems that psychologically, we as parents still think that summer is “break time”. It’s when we get to enjoy more time as a family that any other time of the year.
The thing with spending lots of bonding time with family is that we tend to eat a lot too, together! Since the hubby is physically active, he’s got no problem. Since the little one is also physically active (all the time), she’s also immune to gaining weight. The only one affected by those extra pounds is me which is why I’m reading through apidextra user comments to see if they can be effective for me too.
But regardless whether we gain weight or lose weight ultimately, the most important thing is that we all keep healthy, together. We can’t afford to get sick at any time, especially during summer when we get to do all these great activities together, and yes, that includes eating too.
