Car still ain't fixed :(

With the recent Tropical Storm Ondoy that hit the country more than a month ago, a lot of people living in Metro Manila were affected, my family included. My family owns a condo in Manila, and the car park is located at the basement. The floods around Metro Manila were about waist-deep at average, and this is if you’re on ground floor level. So you can just imagine how deep the water was. So, the cars parked in basements or even those outside the streets where flood waters were really high got soaked in water and mud. Our car was submerged in water for about a day. Needless to say, it’s not in running condition and most of the things inside need to be replaced. These include the seats, sound system, Sab’s car TV and DVD player. We called Toyota as soon as their offices opened, but up until today, we’re still in line to get the car fixed because there are still about 400 cars who are lined up for repair before us. I think it’s gonna take a long time before it’s going to be repaired, but I have already started shopping online for Car DVD Players since Sab felt really bad that hers got broken. I don’t have any idea how to choose the right DVD Player for a car, so I browsed Shop Wiki for some ideas. It’s a really great site for finding stuff you need. They have every category available from baby stuff, car, accessories, clothes, shoes, bags and everything you need. It’s a great resource for tips on how to choose which product is best since the products come with different options and a brief description for each option. I was able to find one which was just like what Sab had before, and my mom will purchase it as soon as the car gets fixed.

awwwww. My Boss' car just got fixed. As in di nio pa natry pa-andarin? If yes, I strongly suggest ipatingin nio muna sa mechanic kaysa naka tengga xa, waiting for toyota.

A mechanic can check which ones are really damaged. Baka kasi may water pa sa loob that may cause further corrosion.

    Just my two cents.

Hi nicquee! We already had our driver try to na pa-andarin. It won't run. Super sira kasi ata. I don't know if we can have it checked outside of Toyota kasi ang alam ko, we're still under the warranty period since it was just bought last year. Di ko sure. Haha. My mom bought it kasi. So technically, it's hers. But since the family uses it, it's OURS. Haha. Gulo ba?
